Seeking Tooling engineers with Cost Account Management experience. Should have working knowledge of tooling and 3D modeling and Earned Value Management Systems.
Responsibilities: Coordinating with suppliers on tool builds & tracking costs and budgets. Provides tooling cost/schedule estimates for new tools and or tooling modifications
Qualifications -
Experience in design, fabrication and implementation of tooling used in the manufacture
Experience with project management and communication skills
Experience with 3D CAD systems
Engineering degree with 3-4 years of experience in tooling (tool design, tool integration etc..) and CAM (EVMS, Budgets etc).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
Experience with tooling for composites manufacturing and handling
NX experience
FEA experience
Experience in design of molds, machining fixtures, handling, and assembly tools for composite manufacturing
Notes - Mon thru Thur (6am to 4pm), every other Fri (6am to 3pm)
