Facility Operations Manager
Location: Tucson, AZ (TPC)
Clearance: Moderate Risk Public Trust Determination
Salary Range: $82,500 – $104,500 per year

Overview:
Amentum is seeking a Facility Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of operational readiness and maintenance at the Tucson Passport Center. The ideal candidate will have a broad background in building systems, maintenance coordination, and compliance, with the ability to adapt and lead in a dynamic, secure facility.
Responsibilities:
• Direct daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural maintenance
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable safety/building codes
• Support facility layout changes, infrastructure upgrades, and workstation reconfigurations
• Supervise service vendors and internal support staff as needed
• Assist with relocation of IT and production equipment to minimize operational disruption
Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
• 3+ years in facilities, plant, or operations management
• Hands-on experience across trades such as electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
• Familiarity with safety protocols and government building operations is a plus
