Production and Quality Control Manager
Location: Hot Springs, AR (APC)
Clearance: Secret (can be obtained post-award if candidate is eligible)
Salary: $115,000–$137,500 per year

Overview:
The Production and Quality Control Manager will oversee production processes and ensure the quality of travel documents meets federal and regulatory standards. This role requires attention to detail, strong leadership, and knowledge of production best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise travel document production while ensuring adherence to quality control processes.
• Oversee staff and ensure the achievement of production goals.
• Monitor inventory and manage operational workflows.
• Enforce compliance with quality control standards and federal regulations.
• Report production performance and quality metrics to leadership.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (or 4 additional years of relevant experience).
• 10+ years of experience in production management.
• 5+ years of experience managing temporary or seasonal teams.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and work on your feet for long periods.
