Travel Document Production Supervisor
Location: Hot Springs, AR (APC)
Clearance: Secret (can be obtained post-award if candidate is eligible)
Salary: $115,000–$137,500 per year

Overview:
The Travel Document Production Supervisor will manage the day-to-day activities related to the production and personalization of travel documents. This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining compliance with federal standards.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the personalization and production of travel documents.
• Supervise staff, including seasonal teams, to ensure operational goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with quality control and federal security standards.
• Monitor workflows, staffing needs, and inventory levels.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on operational performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (or 4 additional years of relevant experience).
• 10+ years in a production or operations management role.
• 5+ years in a leadership position managing temporary or seasonal teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and work on your feet for long periods.
