Document Production Manager
Location: Hot Springs, AR (APC)
Clearance: Secret (can be obtained post-award if candidate is eligible)
Salary: $115,000–$237,500 per year

Overview:
The Document Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of travel document production. This role ensures the efficiency of production lines, quality control, compliance with regulations, and successful team management.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise the travel document production process from start to finish.
• Manage staffing and resources for daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with all federal quality and security standards.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Report on performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (or 4 additional years of relevant experience).
• 10+ years of production management experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership position managing temporary or seasonal teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
