Production Operations Manager – Travel Documents
Location: Hot Springs, AR (APC)
Clearance: Secret (can be obtained post-award if candidate is eligible)
Salary: $115,000–$137,500 per year

Overview:
The Production Operations Manager for Travel Documents is responsible for managing the entire production process, ensuring efficient and accurate production of travel documents while overseeing personnel and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full production process of travel documents, including quality control and personalization.
• Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules, staffing levels, and inventory.
• Provide reports to senior leadership regarding production status and performance metrics.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (or 4 additional years of relevant experience).
• 10+ years of production management experience.
• 5+ years in leadership, specifically managing temporary or seasonal teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and remain standing for extended periods.
