Passport Card Production Lead
Location: Hot Springs, AR (APC)
Clearance: Secret (can be obtained post-award if candidate is eligible)
Salary: $115,000–$137,500 per year

Overview:
The Passport Card Production Lead will oversee the production and personalization of passport cards, ensuring smooth operational processes, compliance with quality standards, and effective team leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the passport card production team, ensuring targets are met.
• Oversee the quality control of passport cards, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage inventory and monitor staffing needs.
• Report performance metrics to senior management.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (or 4 additional years of relevant experience).
• 10+ years of experience in production management.
• 5+ years leading teams, particularly temporary or seasonal workforces.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
