Card Manufacturing Operations Manager
Location: Hot Springs, AR (APC)
Clearance: Secret (can be obtained post-award if candidate is eligible)
Salary: $115,000–$137,500 per year

Overview:
The Card Manufacturing Operations Manager will oversee the card manufacturing process, ensuring that production is executed efficiently and meets both federal and quality standards. This role will require leading a diverse team, maintaining production schedules, and optimizing manufacturing workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee card manufacturing operations and production efficiency.
• Lead and manage production staff, ensuring targets are met.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with other teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and federal regulations.
• Provide regular performance reports to management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (or 4 additional years of relevant experience).
• 10+ years of experience in production management.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams, especially temporary or seasonal staff.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
