Production Manager – Card and Document Personalization
Location: Hot Springs, AR (APC)
Clearance: Secret (can be obtained post-award if candidate is eligible)
Salary: $115,000–$137,500 per year

Overview:
The Production Manager for Card and Document Personalization will be responsible for overseeing all operations related to travel document and card production. This includes managing teams, ensuring adherence to quality and security standards, and optimizing production workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee both card and document personalization production processes.
• Manage production schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and federal regulations.
• Provide regular performance updates and improvement suggestions to leadership.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (or 4 additional years of relevant experience).
• 10+ years in production and operations management.
• 5+ years leading teams, especially temporary or seasonal workforces.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
