SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Intelligence Analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) t o support our government customer requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Intelligence Analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) t o support our government customer requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Essential Job Duties
- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to intelligence systems support, including DCGS-A, AIDP, ICI, and TITAN.
- Lead the integration of server and software for these intelligence Programs of Record ( PoR ).
- Oversee the analysis and reporting on terrorism, organized crime, and insider threats using tools like DBIDS.
- Direct data analysis and fusion activities to generate the Commander's Common Intelligence Picture (CIP).
- Establish standards and processes to identify intelligence architectural shortfalls and resource requirements.
- Lead the delivery, operation, and management of intelligence services for C2.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience, or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 14 years' experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 16 years' experience.
- An active Top Secret / SCI security clearance.
- DOD Cyber Work Force (DCWF) 111 Certs: GCTI or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and organize materials for In-Progress Review (IPR) meetings.
- Experience producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction.
Work Environment
- Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations.
- Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 - 1700.
- May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
- It is anticipated that contractor personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations based on USAREUR-AF and Mission Partner requirements.
