Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,143.26 /year in our lowest geographic market up to $140,000 /year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, sign-on payments, relocation, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of full paid medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Qualifications
You Have:
- 1+ year of experience in engineering field
- Experience performing level 1 restoration using documented SOPs, Confluence sites, and past history tickets
- Experience with continuous monitoring of missions systems
- Experience capturing systems requirements, documenting in various formats, and leading design and development activities
- Experience supporting development teams with troubleshooting and resolving impediments, bugs technical issues, and coordinating formal outage tracking efforts
- Ability to work a shift schedule
- Ability to act as primary collaborator between contract leadership, government stakeholders, and development teams
- Ability to provide product outreach support, including direct user support, systems integration support, management of system access controls
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS Diploma or GED
Nice if You Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages including Python
- Experience supporting operational AI/ML systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or an equivelant technical field
