Manufacturing Operations Manager – Passport Production
Location: Hot Springs, AR
Clearance: Secret (or Public Trust eligibility)
Salary Range: $120,000 – $155,000 DOE
About the Role:
As Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will lead passport book or card personalization operations within a high-throughput environment. The role emphasizes production efficiency, safety, and quality within a secure federal facility.
Key Duties:
• Manage daily production, inventory levels, and order fulfillment schedules
• Supervise and mentor team leads, operators, and quality control staff
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
• Ensure regulatory compliance and document chain-of-custody
• Maintain high standards of product integrity, process adherence, and traceability
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or related field
• 10+ years’ production/manufacturing experience
• 3+ years’ leadership in government, print, ID, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with ISO standards, 5S, or Kaizen practices
• Must pass background check; Secret clearance preferred
