Secure Printing Facility Manager
Location: Tucson, AZ
Clearance: Secret or Public Trust Eligible
Salary Range: $118,000 – $152,000 DOE
Overview:
This role manages a secure, high-volume print and personalization facility supporting sensitive government documentation. You’ll oversee all personnel, physical security, and print workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Lead operations across secure print rooms, personalization areas, and mailing
• Maintain compliance with DoS, GPO, and ISO print quality standards
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules for print hardware
• Lead facility audits, physical security checks, and access control coordination
• Collaborate with IT, logistics, and security compliance staff
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years print/manufacturing operations experience
• 3+ years managing secure or classified print environments
• Familiarity with smartcard, ID document, or passport production preferred
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for Secret clearance
