Document Personalization Operations Manager
Location: Hot Springs, AR
Clearance: Secret (Required)
Salary Range: $115,000 – $150,000 DOE
Summary:
Lead the high-volume personalization and finishing processes for U.S. government-issued credentials. You’ll manage production integrity, accuracy, and throughput.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee printing, lamination, chip programming, and secure mailing
• Ensure all personalization activities meet NIST/FIPS and DHS guidelines
• Recruit and train operators to meet seasonal or surge production levels
• Monitor daily production metrics and root-cause deviations
• Maintain production and audit documentation
Required:
• Bachelor’s in a relevant field or 8+ years experience in personalization/secure production
• Strong knowledge of personalization systems (laser engraving, RFID encoding, etc.)
• Excellent team leadership and staff scheduling skills
• Secret clearance required
