Senior .Net Developer - Huntsville, AL
Full Visibility is seeking a Senior .Net Developer to work in Huntsville, AL. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligible clearance.
The Senior .Net Developer will design, maintain, and implement software designed around a specific set of requirements or to use particular methodologies required to meet specific procedural requirements. The candidate will design software tools that include system calls to other third-party tools and utilities specified and design, maintain, and implement original software applications from a high level, non-specific set of concepts provided. The successful candidate will develop software and application of large and complex software and systems, and web-based query and reporting systems. The Senior .Net Developer will test, debug, and refine computer software to produce the required product, and translate detailed design into computer software. The successful candidate will enhance software to reduce operating times or improve efficiency and provide full life cycle support for software including user interaction. The candidate will provide instruction, guidance, and prepare both program-level and user-level documentation and may provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.

Requirements
•Active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance
•At least five (5+) years of related experience
•At least two (2+) years of experience as a Software Developer in building multi-tier framework software applications using object-oriented programming languages, specifically C#
•Experience developing SOAP and REST APIs in a client/server environment
•Experience developing, debugging, and/or refactoring code for popular programming languages (i.e., C#, etc.)
•Possess the ability to identify technical strategies to interconnect disparate software applications by authoring original software programs
•Experience with scripting command line tools to automate command tasks
•Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)
•Knowledge of web-related technologies HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS
•Experience with any major database (e.g., PostgreSQL, or SQL Server)
•Experience designing and authoring original software applications from a high level, non-specific set of concepts provided
•Experience writing programs that achieve a desired outcome or workflow from nothing more than observation of desired outcomes, workflows, or from vague original concepts
•Experience with systems designing, policy development, and database development and management, and user interface development
•Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Systems, or related field of study, or in lieu of education, three (3) additional years of relevant experience
Preferred:
•At least one (1+) year(s) of experience with cloud (Azure preferred) application development and management preferred
