Koniag Data Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Tier 3 Level Enterprise Management Reporting Support Services to support KDS and our government customer at Joint Base San Antonio, TX. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Provides expert-level support and leadership for the Defense Health Agency's Enterprise Management Reporting services. Serves as a top-tier specialist in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced reporting solutions across the DHA's global network, encompassing military hospitals, medical clinics, and dental clinics.
  • Develops and oversees sophisticated reporting strategies and methodologies to ensure comprehensive, accurate, and timely reporting on the status, performance, and security of DHA's IT infrastructure.
  • This includes reporting on approximately 250,000 end-user devices, 3,000 physical and virtual servers across 250 sites worldwide, and various enterprise applications and services.
  • Leads the design and implementation of complex reporting systems that integrate data from multiple sources within the DHA's IT environment.
  • Ensures that reporting solutions align with DHA's architectural and technical designs for IT infrastructure systems and comply with DoD cybersecurity requirements, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and various DoD strategies including Zero Trust, ICAM, Digital Modernization, and Cybersecurity Reference Architecture.
  • Develops and maintains advanced dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that provide actionable insights to DHA leadership and IT teams.
  • These reports cover areas such as system performance, security posture, compliance status, resource utilization, and trend analysis. Implements automation and AI-driven analytics to enhance reporting capabilities and provide predictive insights.
  • Plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining reporting systems that support 24-hour operational support requirements.
  • Ensures that reporting tools effectively monitor and report on the high-availability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructures environments.
  • Contributes to the accreditation of operational environments by providing comprehensive reporting on security and compliance statuses.
  • Collaborates closely with other enterprise management teams to ensure that reporting systems effectively capture and present data from all relevant areas, including but not limited to, identity and access management, application performance, network status, and security incidents.
  • Works independently, providing guidance to lower-tier reporting teams and collaborating with other high-level technical experts across various IT disciplines.
  • Contributes significantly to Knowledge Management processes by developing and maintaining documentation on reporting methodologies, data definitions, and interpretation guidelines.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.
  • Advanced degree (Master's) preferred.
  • Relevant high-level certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or equivalent) are highly desirable.

Experience:
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT reporting and analytics, with at least 5 years in a Tier 3
    or equivalent senior technical role.
  • Should have extensive experience in designing and implementing complex reporting solutions for large-scale IT environments, preferably in military or healthcare settings.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data visualization, business intelligence tools, and advanced analytics techniques is required.
