Book Personalization Manager
Location: Hot Springs, AR (APC)
Clearance: Secret (can be obtained post-award if candidate is eligible)
Salary: $115,000–$237,500 per year

Overview:
The Book Personalization Manager leads the daily passport book personalization operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, quality control, and compliance with Department of State standards. This role manages staff, coordinates workflow, supports seasonal surges, and interfaces with federal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations for document printing, quality control, mail-out, and customer counter
• Maintain passport inventory levels and workflow continuity
• Recruit, train, and manage supervisors and support staff
• Identify and resolve operational or personnel issues
• Ensure full compliance with federal safety, security, and production guidelines
• Provide regular reporting and performance feedback to Operations leadership
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years of additional relevant experience)
• 10+ years in tangible goods production management
• 5+ years managing seasonal or temporary workforce
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Familiarity with office automation and tracking tools
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
