About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to support the Navy Performance Management Administration (NPMA) - a transformative system modernizing how the Department of the Navy evaluates performance and promotions.
You'll help develop and scale this mission-critical application by building secure, cloud-native software and integrating it with key Navy platforms like RAISE, NIAPS, NIS, CANES, and ACS. This is part of a high-visibility effort aligned with the "Get Real, Get Better" (GRGB) strategy, led by NIWC Pacific and supported by HR specialists and I/O psychologists.
What You'll Do:

5+ years of full-stack development experience
Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, C#, SQL, C/C++, or similar
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
Familiar with tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL Server, Red Hat, Jira
Knowledge of DoD systems and secure software development practices
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
Desired Skills
Bonus Points For:
Tools: Redis, ChainGuard, JetBrains Rider, Redgate
UI/UX: Figma, Adobe XD, MUI, Miro

- Design, develop, and scale secure full-stack applications using Java, JavaScript, C#, SQL, and frameworks such as React or Angular
- Build and maintain cloud-based infrastructure on AWS and Azure (EC2, RDS, EKS, App Services, etc.)
- Work in containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes
- Operate effectively in the RPOC DevSecOps pipeline, ensuring compliance from development to deployment
- Integrate with existing Navy systems and uphold strict cybersecurity standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Navy stakeholders, HR professionals, and technical teams
- Apply modern design patterns like microservices architecture, CQRS, and distributed caching
- Follow Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to deliver scalable and functional solutions
