BOOST is partnering with a cleared small business that provides mission-critical, AI-driven cyber defense and reverse engineering solutions for U.S. Government clients to hire a Program Task Control Lead. This opportunity is 100% onsite located in the Northern Virginia area.
Position Summary:

Working closely with executive leadership and technical teams, you will drive rigorous, accountable processes that reflect our absolute commitment to mission accomplishment at the highest standard of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and validate monthly invoices, ensuring precise reconciliation of labor, materials, and other direct costs to meet rigorous performance standards.
- Track workforce utilization, surge hours, and indirect rates, proactively identifying risks to protect mission outcomes.
- Develop and maintain Basis of Estimate (BOE) models supporting program changes and mission-critical tasking.
- Maintain and monitor the programs deliverables register, guaranteeing on-time, high-quality outputs essential to mission success.
- Oversee schedule development, critical-path analysis, and integrated schedule execution with the highest degree of mission alignment.
- Calculate and report performance metrics to ensure resources and timelines remain synchronized with mission priorities.
- Deliver contract performance reports and data-driven inputs that support transparent, accountable, and mission-focused decision-making.
- Validate and review travel authorizations and vouchers according to applicable regulations, enabling mission-critical readiness.
- Support audits and compliance reviews with a robust, disciplined approach to documentation and controls.
- Continuously enhance and automate reporting workflows to sustain situational awareness for mission leaders.
- Advise leadership on risks, opportunities, and corrective measures to safeguard the highest levels of program performance and mission accomplishment.
Required Qualifications:
- Eight plus (8+) years of experience in project controls or financial/program analysis within a classified environment.
- Demonstrated mastery of performance metrics and integrated schedules for complex, high-stakes programs.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Excel (including advanced formulas and pivot tables), and relevant financial tracking tools.
- Solid understanding of cost principles, travel regulations, and government payment systems.
- Proven ability to analyze complex program data and deliver actionable insights at the highest level of mission relevance.
- Meticulous attention to data accuracy and compliance in mission-critical environments.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills for coordinating across multidisciplinary teams committed to mission accomplishment.
- Proven ability to perform in high-stakes, zero-fail mission environments, with a clear mission-first, people-always mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP, EVMP, or equivalent certification.
- Familiarity with Agile/hybrid project environments and translating Agile metrics into actionable reporting.
- Experience supporting program audits or compliance reviews.
- Proficiency with advanced visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Demonstrated experience sustaining mission-driven programs under tight, uncompromising timelines.

Salary Range:
- $210K-$238K (Salary commensurate with experience)
