Card Personalization Manager
Location: Hot Springs, AR (APC)
Clearance: Secret (can be obtained post-award if candidate is eligible)
Salary: $115,000–$137,500 per year

Overview:
The Card Personalization Manager is responsible for daily operations of the passport card personalization process. This role ensures accurate production, oversees quality control, supports team development, and adapts workflows to seasonal changes.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise travel document production and personalization functions
• Monitor inventory and manage operational performance
• Lead, train, and evaluate supervisors and staff
• Support surge staffing and maintain scheduling efficiency
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and federal policy
• Provide detailed metrics and reports to leadership
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years additional experience)
• 10+ years of relevant production management experience
• 5+ years leading temporary/seasonal workforce teams
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Capable of lifting 35 lbs and standing throughout shift
