Facilities Manager
Location: Tucson, AZ (TPC)
Clearance: Moderate Risk Public Trust Determination
Salary: $82,500–$104,500 per year

Overview:
The Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance and operational readiness of the Book Personalization Facility. Responsibilities include general building operations, preventive maintenance, OSHA compliance, and support for infrastructure changes and reconfigurations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural upkeep
• Coordinate furniture installation, repairs, and general maintenance
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and building code adherence
• Support relocation of IT equipment and office infrastructure
• Provide preventive and corrective facility services
Requirements:
• Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 3+ years of hands-on facilities or building maintenance experience
• Broad familiarity with trades including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.
• Experience with safety codes, compliance, and government facilities a plus
