JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Review, analyze, and operationalize operational-level IO-related directives to meet mission objectives.
- Provide expertise in Army communication systems such as Mission Command Information Systems, Enterprise Services, and Tactical Communication Systems.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of National Guard mobilizations, home-station training, and pre-/post-mobilization training requirements to inform decision-making and operations.
- Independently manage and execute assigned tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Prepare and deliver daily reports, ensuring a timely flow of relevant information within the team and to higher echelon commands.
- Collect, share, and disseminate pertinent information to support mission success.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors and six (6)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted lieu of degree.
- Must have prior Army experience.
- Experience in reviewing, analyzing, and operationalizing operational-level IO-related directives.
- Must have a strong understanding and operational knowledge of Army communication systems, including Mission Command Information Systems, Enterprise Services, and Tactical Communication Systems.
- Demonstrated experience in providing training and support for National Guard mobilizations, home-station training, and pre-/post-mobilization training requirements.
- Prior service as a Signal Officer (25A) with brigade or higher echelon experience with operational experience in a forward deployed battalion (or higher) preferred.
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
- Must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required prior to start, SAIC will help to obtain.
- Must be a current US Citizen.
