ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION FOR JOURNEYMAN: Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the position description may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. Or, four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the position description may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience:
Senior - over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR and/or the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE).
Journeyman – 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Desired experience of 5 years supporting NAVAIR and/or the NAE.

Position Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Performs various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapon systems supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. May require coordinating and manage meetings in the absence of Team Leads or in conjunction with CORs, Team Leads, and CAS customers. Assist in tracking, analyzing, and managing the progress of contract documents with online management tools. Assist in the analysis, approval, and routing of specific CAS products to effect CAS program activities. Collects, compiles, analyzes, investigates, researches, or applies logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data and information. Coordinates and interfaces with fleet points of contact to refine requirements. Tracks and/or prepares all internal and business related correspondence. Maintains accuracy of the Contracted Air Services (CAS) Flight Dashboard. Maintains accuracy of the Risk Initiative and Opportunity for CAS with the PMA-226 Risk Manager to the PMA-226 Program Manager. Provides direct support to all operational events and requirements for the Operations department within the PMA. Serve as the conduit for all CAS related issues for contracted company personnel, military, and government entities outside of the PMA. This position will specifically be the CAS Operations Lead for the PMA.

Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $75,000-$115,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
