Software Engineer I

Kavaliro is seeking a Software Engineer I to support a client in Maryland.

Job Description:
Seeking a Software Engineer with Java and Regex skills for development of data parsing and grooming products which make information available for Analytic missions. This Program has a robust process to ensure quality of products. The process includes Peer Review, Developer Acceptance Test, User Acceptance Test/SME Validation, and Integration Team System Level Test prior to deploying the products to production.

Required Skills:
Communication and collaboration:

• Software Development is a team-oriented discipline.
• Software Engineer will be part of a domain team focused on a mission product line of data, and need to be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Java and Regex skills needed. Would prefer knowledge of using GitLab, Confluence for documentation, and Jira tickets.
• 7+ years of experience and a BS in Computer Science or related field

Location:

• Fort Meade, MD
• This position is onsite and there is no remote availability

Clearance Requirement:

• Candidates must have an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph
