MacroSys is seeking a Mid-Level Analyst with demonstrated experience as a strong communicator, technically adept, and experienced in working with numbers, content management systems, and government data workflows to join our dynamic team in Washington, DC (Remote). Job Description:

MacroSys is looking for a Mid-Level Analyst to support the Office of the Secretary in managing and coordinating data releases, press communications, and web content. The position focuses on the collection, organization, and publication of public-facing information, working closely with Program Officers to gather accurate data and present it clearly using tools such as Drupal, Excel, and GovDelivery. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, technically adept, and experienced in working with numbers, content management systems, and government data workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with the collection, organization, and validation of data from internal teams and program officers

· Coordinate and support the release of data and public-facing materials, including press releases

· Use Drupal CMS to generate and publish content pages

· Deliver communications and data updates using GovDelivery

· Work with Excel to manage and organize numerical information for public release

· Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information

· Follow government standards for accessibility, clarity, and accuracy in public communications

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS or MA/MS)

· 4 to 10 years of experience in research, data analysis, or communications

· Strong experience with Excel, numbers, and data organization

· Hands-on experience using Drupal for content generation

· Experience with GovDelivery or similar communication platforms

· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

· U.S. Citizenship and Public Trust Clearance (or ability to obtain one) is required

· Experience with Tableau is a plus
