Peerless Technologies is seeking a Journeyman Model-based Systems Engineer to support the F-22 Program Office; this position is located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The F-22 Program Office is a fast-paced environment supporting a broad array of Divisions and Branches supporting the F-22 Raptor Fleet. You will interface with various government and military stakeholders, including the Weapon System Prime Contractor, and provide MBSE and System Engineering support for the F-22 Capabilities Integration Branch (CIB), in support of the F-22 Program Office mission.

The successful candidate will support the F-22 Program by providing the following skills/activities in support of F-22 CIB operations; you will/shall:

Utilize MBSE practices to contribute to requirements gap analyses and issue identification.
Utilize MBSE practices to develop descriptive mission, system, subsystem, and engineering models.
Utilize MBSE practices to contribute to the analysis and evaluation of mission and system models and to the Prime OEM Contractor’s component or other detailed federated SysML models.
Assess and assist with integration of appropriate SysML reference architectures and open system architectures.
Utilize MBSE practices to capture new and maintain existing requirements.
Utilize MBSE practices track mission measures of effectiveness and system technical performance measures.
Utilize MBSE practices to trace related requirements, modifications, analysis models and results to enterprise tools, requests for change, reengineering review boards, concept of operations, architecture development, risks, schedule, verification, validation, and test.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD.
- Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited institution (ABET.org)
- A minimum least three years of relevant MBSE experience creating systems models under the DoD -Architecture Framework, utilizing Systems Modeling Language (SysML) version 1.5+ to develop system models with applicable MBSE tools (CAMEO or MagicDraw preferred)
- Secret Clearance, and able to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility if required.
