Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical writing support to the SIGINT Team.
- Assist with documentation support.
- Provide support to review and provide comments and content updates on material developed by the Government.
- This material shall include but is not limited to System Administrator Manual, System Installation Guide, Interactive Electronic Technical Manual, user guides, training procedures, and testing procedures.
- Resources provided to fill this requirement must maintain a TS/SCI clearance and have the necessary certification to be a privileged user in the lab and cloud environments.
- Other responsibilities include providing feedback on technical documentation, maintaining checklists, and providing critical subject matter expertise support during documentation reviews, product reviews, and program office working groups.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ten or more (10+) years with HS/GED of experience developing, writing, and editing material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications concerned with work methods and procedures, and installation, operation, and maintenance of machinery and other equipment.
- Two (2) experience working with C4I projects
- Capable of observing production, developmental, and experimental activities to determine operating procedure and detail.
- Ability to interview production and engineering personnel and to read journals, reports, and other material to become familiar with product technologies and production methods, and reviews manufacturer's and trade catalogs, drawings and other data relative to operation, maintenance, and service of equipment.
- Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, parts lists, specifications, mockups, and product samples to integrate and delineate technology, operating procedure, and production sequence and detail, organizes material and completes writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology; and review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding.
- Perform the following tasks: maintain records and files of work and revisions, select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material; assist in laying out material for publication, arrange for typing, duplication and distribution of material, write speeches, articles, and public or employee relations releases, edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers or plant personnel. Individual shall be capable of writing material regarding work methods and procedures.

- Flexible and able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Candidate must have an active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI access.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business, Business Communication or technical Writing;
- Six or more (6+) years practical experience developing, writing, and editing material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications concerned with work methods and procedures, and installation, operation, and maintenance of machinery and other equipment

- Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.
- Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).
- Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, standing, and walking.
- Ability to travel by car, air or other means of transportation, if required.
