Overview/Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a web application within the ServiceNow platform for Change Management.
- Utilize expertise in Incident Management, Change Management, and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules.
- Integrate ServiceNow applications with various systems and data sources.
- Apply traditional web and backend development skills to enhance application functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, to ensure operational requirements are met.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: Incident Management, Change Management, and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Experience with front-end and back-end web development technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a federal or government contracting environment. Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and tooling.
