Overview/Responsibilities:

We're looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Knowledge Management Team. You'll primarily focus on designing and building a web-based Change Management application within the ServiceNow platform. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a DevSecOps environment and can leverage their experience with traditional web and backend development to deliver robust solutions.

• Develop and implement a web application within the ServiceNow platform for Change Management.
• Utilize expertise in Incident Management, Change Management, and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with various systems and data sources.
• Apply traditional web and backend development skills to enhance application functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, to ensure operational requirements are met.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience developing applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: Incident Management, Change Management, and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Experience with front-end and back-end web development technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a federal or government contracting environment. Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and tooling.
