SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) IT Project Control Analyst t o support US Army requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) IT Project Control Analyst t o support US Army requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Essential Job Duties
- Responsible for overseeing program projects to ensure they stay within budget, meet deliverable timelines, and are completed on-time .
- Ensures effective processes are in place to execute project-related activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience, or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 14 years' experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 16 years' experience.
- An active Top Secret / SCI security clearance.
- DOD Cyber Work Force (DCWF) 802 Certs : CCE or CCIS O or CCSP or CISA or CISM or CISSP or DAWIA PM Advanced or FITSP-A or FITSP-M or GFACT or GSLC or equivalent .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and organize materials for In-Progress Review (IPR) meetings.
- Experience producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction.
Work Environment
- Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations.
- Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 - 1700
- May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
- It is anticipated that contractor personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations based on USAREUR-AF and Mission Partner requirements.
