Job Description:
● Develop and modernize mobile CNO capabilities in support of mission requirements
● Program in C, C++, Python, and optionally Java or Kotlin
● Reverse engineer and debug using tools like IDA Pro, Ghidra, and Binary Ninja
● Write and analyze code involving low-level programming, including ARM assembly
● Work with Android platform internals: HAL, AOSP, SELinux, Binder IPC
● Implement network socket programming and application-layer protocols
● Apply CNO techniques including IDS evasion, exploitation mitigation, and protocol manipulation
● Use project management methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
● Manage code with Git and apply configuration management principles
● Supervise and lead teams supporting U.S. Government CNO development
