RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide on-site functional and technical intelligence support including all source analysis with an emphasis in foreign national C4I analysis
- Assist the Government in all source intelligence analysis and collection, assembling all available and relevant information, data, and knowledge obtained from multiple intelligence disciplines in situational awareness and in-depth knowledge on foreign national C4I issues.
- Advise, assist, and support in the research and production of all source C4I and telecommunications infrastructure intelligence analysis on foreign military's national C4I organizations, systems, processes, and technologies.
- Provide analysis of foreign national C4I and telecommunications organizations and networks in support of customer requirements.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- SECURITY CLEARANCE: A current & active Top Secret/SCI clearance; Polygraph required.
- EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in intelligence or cybersecurity
- HS Diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in intelligence or economics
- EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in technical targeting, network link analysis, and functional requirements
- Experience in computer engineering or network development
- Knowledge of cyberspace strategy, policy, and concepts
- Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment
- Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
- Ability to provide shift work support
- Ability to accept a 6 or 12-month rotation to another team and facility
- 3+ years of experience in technical targeting, network link analysis, and functional requirements
