Windows Systems Integrator

Summit TRC is seeking a motivated and ambitious Windows Systems Integrator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows and perform integration tasks like installation, configuration, automation, test, and analysis of a variety of operating systems and other system or network components. Key Responsibilities:

Design, install, configure, and test systems in a mixed OS environment
Deploying and patching Windows OS
Integrate and test hardware and software components to improve system compatibility and performance
Implement and manage virtualized solutions through tools like VMware or different hypervisors
Develop scripts for autonomous deployment, monitoring, or configuration management using languages like Bash, Python, or Ansible
Automate the creation, deployment, and configuration of virtual machines and containers
Troubleshoot and resolve system and network-related issues
Collaborate with software developers, network engineers, and cybersecurity engineers to design and integrate seamless solutions from the physical layer to the application layer
Develop technical engineering documentation

Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
Must be US Citizen possessing a secret clearance
Strong proficiency with Windows systems
Strong proficiency with other operating systems
Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware, vSphere, KVM, Hyper-V, or other hypervisors
Proficiency in scripting and automation
Solid understanding of networking concepts
Experience with maintaining cybersecurity best practices

Nice to Have:
Experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), MECM, or SCCM
Using containerization technologies like Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes in a secure environment
