A Day in the Life – What You’ll Do
Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
Maintain accuracy and cleanliness of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) through status updates and documentation.
Reformat resumes and prepare match reports and briefing packets for hiring teams.
Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms; remove outdated or inactive postings.
Support offer letter preparation and assist HR with onboarding coordination.

Is This You?
0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
Organized and detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask.
Clear and professional communicator with internal teams and external candidates.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Mission-driven and passionate about helping build high-performing teams.
