Job Title: JCREW Instructor
Location: NSWC Crane, IN
Overview:
SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a motivated JCREW Instructor that shall support of the Weapon Systems Training Branch of the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division providing training support for a wide variety of Department of Defense Sponsors to include United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), United States Marine Corps (USMC), United States Army, United States Air Force (USAF)
Position is Contingent upon Contract Award to SkyBridge Tactical LLC
Responsibilities:
The JCREW Instructor Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Utilize RCM Technologies to enhance equipment reliability and streamline maintenance
Provide JCREW Courses of Instruction
Provide JCREW Training Development Support
Develop Maintenance Requirements Cards (MRCs) that ensure efficient and effective maintenance procedures
Travel up to 30% of the time in support of JCREW operations
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
Formal Instructor training.
5+ year’s instruction experience.
Certified Level 1 and 2 RCM Developer – Preventative Maintenance System (PMS) Navy.
At least five years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite products, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Security Clearance Requirements:
Active DoD Secret Clearance
