The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of construction site security, technology, and protocols. In this dual role, the individual will be responsible for overseeing construction site surveillance operations and conducting training sessions for our surveillance personnel, enhancing their expertise and skills. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the security and safety of our clients' construction projects while also contributing to the professional development of our team members.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and operate advanced surveillance systems at construction sites.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and respond proactively to any technical issues.
- Conduct regular assessments of the construction site's security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to develop security plans.
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols and procedures.
- Evaluate potential risks and implement necessary adjustments to surveillance strategies.
