Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SharePoint, business process analysis, and data-driven decision making. Experience identifying, evaluating, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) use cases is critical. You will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to drive digital transformation initiatives, optimize workflows, and support strategic decision-making

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SharePoint, business process analysis, and data-driven decision making. Experience identifying, evaluating, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) use cases is critical. You will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to drive digital transformation initiatives, optimize workflows, and support strategic decision-making
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document current business processes across departments to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and efficiency gains.
- Lead the gathering and clarification of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and RPA use cases.
- Work closely with RPA developers to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Blue Prism.
- Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint solutions (sites, lists, workflows, permissions) to support document management and collaboration needs.
- Perform detailed data analysis to uncover trends, issues, and improvement areas that drive business decisions.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and compliance standards.
- Support change management and user training initiatives related to new process implementations and SharePoint or RPA solutions.
- Develop functional documentation, user stories, process maps, and test plans.
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in a business or functional analyst role.
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online/2016/2019, including site design, workflows, and permission management.
- Proven track record in identifying and defining RPA use cases and working with automation teams to deliver solutions.
- Solid data analysis skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
- Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Basic understanding of scripting or low-code/no-code platforms.
- Certifications in Business Analysis, RPA, or SharePoint administration a plus.
