As a demilitarization expert, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. On our team, you'll play a key role in the demilitarization of old, obsolete, and u nsa fe munitions to free up resources to ensuring the warfighter has the best solutions to maintain overmatch capability against near-peer adversaries.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience working in demilitarization roles
• Knowledge of the policies , regulations, and requirements governing the demilitarization ( demil ) of conventional munitions
• Knowledge of the methods of performing demil, including pros and cons of each
• Ability to facilitate collaboration between technical teams, project management, and stakeholders
• Ability to develop and execute plans on time and within budget while maintaining flexibility to adjust to changing circumstances
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in the military, including in Explosives Ordinance Disposal ( EOD ) preferred
• Ability to "think outside the box" to leverage new technology or non-traditional solutions to significantly accelerate timelines or reduce cost
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
