Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior VMware Consultant to join our elite team of experts. In this fully remote, client-facing role, you will work independently to deliver VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) solutions to enterprise customers. You'll be embedded in client environments, acting as a trusted advisor and technical lead for VMware deployments and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and operational support of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) core components: vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and SDDC Manager.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess needs, design solutions, and deliver outcomes aligned with business goals.

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting, performance tuning, and documentation.

• Operate under the client's brand and processes, delivering seamless, white-labeled consulting services.

• Maintain strong communication and relationships with client teams.

Required Qualifications

• Active or recent VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification in one or more of the following: VCP VCF Admin, VCP DCV, VCP VMC, VCP CMA, VCP CO, VCP NV.

• Proven experience implementing and operating VCF environments.

• Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced VMware certifications (e.g., VCAP Design/Deploy, VCP VCF Architect).

• Experience with: VCF Automation & Operations, Advanced Network Services (vDefend), AVI Load Balancing, Private AI Foundation, Live Recovery, Network Observability, Tanzu Technologies.

• Agile methodology experience or certification.

• Additional industry certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc.).
