MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Engineer Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manages daily operations in the department responsible for the planning and engineering of an organization's systems infrastructure.
- Ensures that hardware and/or software are designed and installed in a manner that meets the needs of the organization.
- Monitors systems performance and provides recommendations as required.
- Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the US Navy, including on active duty, government civilian, or support contractor.
- Experience working with technical authority (e.g., NAVSEA 05).
- Experience working with US Navy Program Managers in an analyst role.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must hold an active Top Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
