We are seeking three experienced Service Desk Technicians to support a Department of the Navy project focused on migrating print infrastructure from the NMCI network to the Nautilus network. This task order is a Proof of Concept (PoC), demonstrating Nautilus's secure printing capabilities. Candidates must be knowledgeable in DoD network migrations, print device configuration, and asset management on secure government networks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in defining and documenting the migration task sequence for transitioning printers from NMCI to Nautilus.
• Reconfigure print devices to use DHCP and enable Scan to Email features.
• Coordinate with Nautilus network teams to update network drop/switch configurations.
• Onboard print devices into Nautilus security and asset management applications (e.g., FsAST, Intune).
• Configure devices within Print Infrastructure tools such as Microsoft Universal Print or Vasion Print.
• Discover and manage devices via Print Device Management applications (e.g., HP Web Jetadmin, Xerox CWW, Ricoh).
• Develop clear migration documentation for future reference and replication.
• Support the manual migration of up to 5060 print devices across the network.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience with DoD network and asset migrations.
• Familiarity with printer configuration, networking, and secure device onboarding.
• Ability to support large-scale asset transitions across different network environments.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ Certification.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required by the project.
