About the Job:
The Senior Sales Executive promotes and sells a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products, services and solutions directly to current and new end customers.
You'll Be Responsible For:
• Developing strategic sales plans to identify and track revenue trends, recognize sales opportunities, and target specific sales activities.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue objectives within a defined list of named accounts.
• Developing and implementing strategic account plans to identify sales strategies for top accounts, assess revenue potential, outline targeted activities, and determine required cross-functional resources needed to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships. Acting as the liaison between sales support and customers in order to provide excellent service.
• Developing research analysis techniques to identify customer prospects for which products and solutions can meet their business needs. Contacting these prospects and determine the business needs and identify decision-makers to penetrate new business relationships.
Qualifications:
• Have Bachelor's in Business or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years proven solutions sales experience. Work experience in the professional sales environment.
• Experience selling into public safety agencies or law enforcement a plus.
• Possess experience selling to C-suite executives.
• Have exceptional oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
Physical and/or logical access to criminal justice information is an essential function of this role. The successful candidate will be required to pass both the standard company background check for all employees and an enhanced criminal background check conducted by the Company’s state and local law enforcement partners conducted in compliance with the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information System (“CJIS”) security policy. Employees in this role may also be subject to ongoing criminal background checks as required by the Company’s state and local law enforcement partners. Candidates and/or employees who are not certified by state and local law enforcement to access criminal justice information will not be able to perform the essential functions of this role. Employees who subsequently fail to obtain or maintain CJIS compliance may be reassigned or terminated.
