MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manages and maintains the organization's AI technologies.
- Overseeing the installation and configuration of the AI tool suite, while ensuring availability and other performance metrics are met.
- Collaborate with IT Teams and other stakeholders to identify and address operational issues.
- Develop troubleshooting plans to be executed by junior staff members.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, as well as hands-on experience managing AI tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or 4 additional years of experience may be exchanged in lieu of a degree.
- 9+ years of experience with 5+ years of position relevant experience.
- Experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of successfully deploying and managing AI solutions in production environments.
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI Platform, Azure Machine Learning).
- Experience with data management and processing tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, SQL).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, containerization).
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have an active Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
