Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is searching for a full-time Business Support Technical Lead in Chantilly, VA to support a top-tier federal client engaged in national security and counterterrorism operations. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of hands-on technical support, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the effective operation of mission-critical business systems across multi-enclave environments (Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret).
This is an on-site position. Chantilly, VA is the primary place of service, however working in alternate locations within the Washington DC metropolitan area or other locations throughout the United States may be required.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead technical support functions that ensure continuity and performance of key business systems and services.
- Provide Agile/ART coaching and facilitate user engagement events.
- Maintain asset management records, licensing/warranty/renewal data, and ROI calculations.
- Create and maintain technical, system, and user documentation, SOPs, OCPs, and briefing materials.
- Oversee helpdesk functions, technical exchanges, and knowledge-sharing communities.
- Support business operations with change management, diagrams, source code repositories, and templates.
- Ensure compliance with NOC/SOC monitoring protocols.
- Guide support teams and interface with stakeholders across various business functions.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- 13+ years of technical experience or a Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Project management and technical writing experience.
- Experience in help desk support and customer service environments.
- Proven leadership with the ability to mentor and inspire high-performing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent.
- Experience in regulated industries.
- Exposure to cloud-based SaaS applications and integrations.
- Familiarity with enterprise application release cycles and change management processes.
- Background in project coordination or business analysis.
