Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is searching for a full-time Agile IT Development Services Technical Lead in Chantilly, VA to support a top-tier federal client engaged in national security and counterterrorism operations.The ideal candidate will be a seasoned technical leader with extensive hands-on experience in agile software development, cloud technologies, DevOps, and guiding cross-functional teams.
This is an on-site position. Chantilly, VA is the primary place of service, however working in alternate locations within the Washington DC metropolitan area or other locations throughout the United States may be required.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple agile development teams through full lifecycle software delivery.
- Provide technical direction across a portfolio of applications and development efforts.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams in cloud development, containerization, DevOps, front-end/back-end development, testing, and more.
- Guide the implementation of automated testing and delivery pipelines.
- Lead technical engagements and interface with program and security stakeholders.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in usability, architecture, and system validation.
- Support and optimize applications including custom-built solutions, ETL pipelines, and open-source tools.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 13+ years of technical experience or a Master's degree in a relevant field with equivalent experience.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Proficiency in technologies including Angular, .NET C#, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Elasticsearch, Python, Django, React, NodeJS, Redis, GraphQL, RabbitMQ, Svelte, Splunk, Cribl, Apache NiFi, and Apache Kafka.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Developer, SAFe Agilist).
- Experience with microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Background in test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing strategies.
