• Proficiency in coding and/or application components and translating functional specifications into technical specifications.

Our customer’s project will deliver improved customer support and functionality by leveraging existing applications and new technologies to bridge the gap between modernization and legacy Customer Communications Management (CCM) systems. The customer supports communications issuance directly from various systems to support and enhance the management of accounts that require communications composition.
