JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager / Senior Analyst with active Top Secret/SCI clearance to oversee contractor personnel and support a mission-critical counterintelligence program. The ideal candidate will lead operations, manage teams, and provide analytical expertise to support government intelligence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage contractor staff, addressing personnel issues and ensuring full operational coverage in all mission-critical areas.
• Collaborate with government analysts to define and execute deliverables, reports, and intelligence products.
• Review incoming intelligence reports, collection plans, and data; assess relevance and provide actionable insights.
• Perform research and data analysis using government-designated databases; extract and reformat information for tailored reporting.
• Deliver high-quality threat assessments and intelligence analysis aligned with government objectives.
• Develop technical support documents, briefings, summaries, and presentations to support mission goals.
• Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate complex problems, draw conclusions, and offer recommendations to leadership.
• Monitor program performance, ensure compliance with government standards, and adapt to evolving priorities.
Qualifications:
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience managing contractor teams in an intelligence or counterintelligence environment.
• Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to assess threats, synthesize data, and present findings to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with intelligence databases and classified information handling procedures.
