Position Overview
The Journeyman Administrative Professional will support key administrative functions for the Turbine Engines Division, including coordination, documentation, reporting, and classified materials management. The position requires proficiency in government systems and tools, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Journeyman Administrative Professional will support key administrative functions for the Turbine Engines Division, including coordination, documentation, reporting, and classified materials management. Key Responsibilities
- Track IPT manning and prepare organizational charts
- Perform data entry in CCaR , AFRL Work Unit App, timekeeping systems, and maintain case files
- Generate and maintain training files, documentation, and reports
- Handle and distribute classified and unclassified mail and materials
- Prepare government-formatted correspondence (classified and unclassified)
- Operate and manage office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers, etc.)
- Produce spreadsheets, databases, and specialized products using USAF standard systems
- Process travel orders (DTS), procurement reports, and ad hoc documents
- Plan, edit, and publish technical and non-technical documentation and presentations
- Support STINFO and DTIC documentation processing and folder retirement
- Serve as Record Custodian (RC) for classified/unclassified documentation
- Create and manage Operating Instructions (OIs) and self-inspection checklists
- Order office supplies and maintain supply inventory lists
- Collect and present materials for staff and team meetings
- Support video conferencing setup and troubleshooting
- Retrieve data for reporting and maintain tracking systems for deficiencies and corrections
- Serve as Workflow focal point and interface with Front Office Group (FOG)
- Coordinate onboarding activities, meeting logistics, parking, and room access for visitors
Required Qualifications
- At least 9 years of experience in administrative support or a similar environment
- Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one
- Experience with DoD systems such as CCaR , DTS, and STINFO
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Skilled in document control, classified handling, and information tracking
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience coordinating meetings, managing digital platforms, and supporting senior staff
