Position Overview

The Senior Administrative Professional will provide critical support to the Turbine Engines Division, primarily in technical documentation, reporting, and information management functions. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills and familiarity with DoD processes and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, formulate, edit, create, and publish program documentation, directives, reports, briefings, and presentations (classified and unclassified)
  • Support STINFO and DTIC documentation processes and manage disposition of work effort reports
  • Review and analyze documents related to DTIC Implementation Plans for public data release
  • Track IPT manning and generate organizational charts
  • Perform data entry in CCaR , AFRL Work Unit App, and timekeeping systems
  • Maintain training files, case files, and file plans (electronic and hard copy)
  • Prepare government-formatted correspondence (classified and unclassified)
  • Operate and maintain office equipment (printer, scanner, copier, etc.)
  • Assist with travel orders (DTS) and procurement reports
  • Act as Record Custodian (RC) for both classified and unclassified documentation
  • Support Operating Instructions (OIs), self-inspection checklists, and deficiency tracking systems
  • Coordinate office supply inventories and order requests
  • Create and visually present materials for staff meetings and briefings
  • Support video conferencing (VTC) setup, scheduling, and troubleshooting
  • Retrieve data, prepare reports, and support information tracking systems
  • Coordinate with Workflow team and Front Office Group (FOG)
  • Support newcomer onboarding (IT, training, CAC, etc.)
  • Manage visitor access, meeting room scheduling, and protocol activities
  • Comply with all applicable classified materials handling regulations


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in administrative support, ideally within DoD/government environments
  • Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Familiarity with government platforms such as CCaR , DTS, and STINFO
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Experience supporting document control and classified information protocols
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
