Position Overview

The Senior Administrative Professional will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for RQV and RQVA directorates. This includes document preparation, file maintenance, scheduling, classified material handling, and general office administration to ensure the effective and secure operation of daily mission activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track Integrated Product Team (IPT) manning and prepare organizational charts
  • Perform data entry in CCaR, AFRL Work Unit App, and timekeeping systems
  • Generate reports, maintain training requirements, and manage electronic/paper file plans
  • Process, distribute, and secure classified and unclassified mail
  • Prepare correspondence using government formats (classified and unclassified)
  • Operate and manage office equipment (scanners, copiers, printers, etc.)
  • Use USAF standard systems to create spreadsheets, databases, graphics, and forms
  • Support creation, editing, and publication of program documents and presentations
  • Process STINFO and DTIC work effort reports and retire folders and documentation
  • Maintain records as the designated Record Custodian (RC) for R&D case files
  • Develop and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) and Self-Inspection Checklists
  • Order and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Gather and present materials for staff and internal information exchange meetings
  • Schedule and support video conferencing sessions and assist with technical issues
  • Retrieve and analyze data for reports and tracking systems related to issue resolution
  • Serve as the Workflow focal point and interface with the Front Office Group (FOG)
  • Support onboarding of new personnel including IT, CAC, and training access
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, reconcile calendars, and facilitate visitor access
  • Provide protocol support for events and engagements as required


Required Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in administrative or operations support roles
  • Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one
  • Strong working knowledge of government administrative procedures and security protocols
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and USAF-standard systems
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Experience working with classified material, STINFO processes, and DTIC systems
  • Ability to interface professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
