Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $116419 - $197912
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Job responsibilities includes:
- Manage and develop HR Business Partners
- Proactively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks
- Manage complex and difficult HR projects
- Develop and manage strategic relationship with business unit leaders
- Provide proactive employee relations, manager coaching, and partner with assigned managers to create a culture that supports business growth and alignment
- Collaborate with the Centers of Expertise (COEs) and all elements of the HR delivery model to ensure the delivery of world class HR services and programs
- Responsible for and/or serves as a HR liaison for the following areas: succession planning, talent management, employee engagement and development, employee relations, compensation, EEO, performance management, coaching, and training
- Partner with assigned managers and direct reports to identify top talent and succession candidates and provide support to the Management Readiness Review planning process at the business unit level
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Must have minimum 10 years of progressive HR related work experience
- Experience managing and developing direct reports
- Solid employee relations experience
- Exceptional business acumen experience
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Proven ability to influence leaders at various levels
- Demonstrated project management and change management skills
- Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel
- Service Contract Act experience
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of responsibilities
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage through ambiguity
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (U.S. Citizenship is required)
- Ability to travel when needed
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- MBA or other advanced degree with concentration in Human Resource Management or related field
- Active DoD security clearance minimum Secret
- Experience working within shared services HR delivery model
- Labor relations experience
- Defense Industry experience
- Global Mobility
- Certified by HRCI as PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
